I graduated from the Utah College of Massage Therapy in 2005. I am a Certified Prenatal Massage Therapist and
Certified Massage Doula. I have been working with pregnant women since 2004. I have always had a passion for anything pregnancy, birth, and baby related. After the birth of my first child, my passion grew even more. I found myself sharing all the knowledge I had acquired during and after pregnancy with anyone who wanted to hear. I want every woman who desires, to have the most wonderful and memorable birth possible. I believe that birth is at its best when the mother has educated herself about birth, has good physical and mental health, has loving support before, during and after labor, and no intervention. I believe medical technology has its place and is helpful when necessary. A woman's body is amazing and should be treated and cared for as such. Every baby is so precious and should be handled as such. Birth is so sacred and should be kept that way!
